To comply with new customs regulations, <b>carriers, including <a href=“https://about.usps.com/postal-bulletin/2025/pb22682/pb22682.pdf”>USPS</a> and others, are now requiring six-digit Harmonized System (HS) codes</b> on <b>all</b> international commercial shipments. <b>Effective September 1, 2025</b>, shipments without these codes may be delayed or rejected by customs authorities.
Effective 21st of August, all US-bound shipments from Australia will be paused due to uncertainty around the new tariffs. The Sendle team is working on releasing a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service, and we will provide an update once this is available.
