Starting around 7:00 AM PST on August 21st, 2025, our engineers began investigating an issue where some Twilio SendGrid customers reported issues when entering credit card details during the SendGrid upgrade from their Trial plan. Our engineering team is actively investigating the issue. This does not affect mail send. We'll provide an update as soon as more information becomes available.
